my poetry and my song about her

Since the moment our eyes met
the fellings sleeping in my heart
came out of the distant past
and sprang to life

it seems kind of strange
almost like I'm not myself
everything i see is sparkling
it makes me want to fly

they say that beyond the clouds
there's something else to see
but down here under the wide,sunny skies
is where we happen to be

no matter how hard you think about it
there is no other answer
you are here,i am here,
that's all there is to it
no one really knows what will happen tomorrow
god gave us this chance to meet
isn't that wonderful?

this summer sunshine is calling us
down a path going straight out to sea
anywhere the wind blows me
is a good place to be with you

there's a massage written in the sand
soon to be washed out by the waves
can you feel it in your heart?

your long hair flowing in the wind captured my heart
seeing your smile gives me courage and energy
that's how i feel

no matter how hard you think about it

you are here, i am here
that's all there is to it

god gave us this chance to meet
isn't that wonderful?

out of the entire world,
i just happenned to meet you
isn't it strange?if it were a dream
i wouldn't want it to end
there's nothing to be afraid of
everything will be alright
as long as things stay this way,
this wonderful world won't end...
